01
What you get
A paid key (gds_) to read Gloom Datasets over the API, for your own business use.
Credits are shown in the response headers. Plans and rate limits are on the pricing page.
02
What you may do
- Use the data inside your own products, models, research and internal tools.
- Quote short excerpts in your own reports, with the source named (the
meta.sourcefield). - Cache responses for your own use while your plan is active.
03
What you may not do
- Resell, republish or redistribute the data, or build a competing data service from it. Redistribution needs an Enterprise contract.
- Share your key, or bypass rate limits and credits.
- Present the data as live or real-time where it is delayed (market data and news carry their delay in
meta).
04
Data as is
Values come from public filings, agencies, exchanges and other third-party sources, collected and processed automatically.
We cite sources, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timing. Gaps are returned as null, never filled in.
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
05
Third-party rights
Each source keeps its own rights and terms.
If a source holder asks us to remove a dataset or field, we may remove it from the product at any time and will tell you by email.
06
Plans, billing, cancelling
Billing, plan changes and cancellation follow the plan you chose on the pricing page; the billing portal handles cancellation at period end.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
07
Pro keys are different
A Gloom Pro key (gloom_mcp_) is for personal use in the terminal and its own API.
It does not include Gloom Datasets and is not licensed for commercial redistribution.
08
Changes and contact
We may add, change or retire datasets and endpoints; breaking changes get notice.
